Description
CareOne is hiring an in-house Physical Therapist to provide and direct rehabilitation care for residents, evaluate needs, develop treatment plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary staff, screen residents, document care, maintain billing records, and participate in training. The role requires a master's or doctorate degree in physical therapy and an active physical therapist license in the state of operations; experience with older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of governmental and regulatory healthcare guidelines are preferred. The position may involve limited travel to other facilities.
