Physical Therapist at Care One

CareOne is hiring an in-house Physical Therapist for its CareOne at Wellington facility in Hackensack, New Jersey. The role provides and directs rehabilitation care for residents, evaluates needs, develops treatment plans, coordinates with multidisciplinary staff, performs clinical documentation and billing, participates in training, and may travel to other facilities. Applicants need a master's or doctorate degree in physical therapy, an active New Jersey physical therapist license, and preferably experience with older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of governmental and regulatory healthcare guidelines. The salary range is $40.00 to $63.00 per hour.
