Description
The Physical Therapist I provides perdiem, eight-hour day-shift physical therapy services at Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, California. The role includes patient examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, outcomes, discharge planning, consultation, education, and supervision of personnel under the Program Manager and Physical Therapy Practice Manager. Candidates must graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program or have equivalent education and experience, hold a California Physical Therapist License upon hire, and obtain National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire; a master's degree is preferred.
