Description
Evergreen Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their in-house therapy team. The successful candidate will perform treatments and exercises to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries, developing personalized treatment plans and educating patients on exercise techniques. This role involves consulting with patients, diagnosing movement dysfunction, coaching patients on therapeutic massage, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Physical Therapist will also evaluate treatment outcomes, provide consultations, communicate effectively with healthcare teams, and participate in training.
