The role involves treating clients, developing programs, marketing within the community, and providing ethical patient care in accordance with Kentucky's Physical Therapy Rules. Responsibilities include in-depth patient evaluation, treatment plan development, and management of individualized treatments focused on patient goals such as improving coordination, balance, strength, and endurance. The position also requires establishing long-term and short-term goals, maintaining accurate records, educating patients through home programs, and supporting marketing efforts.
