Hawthorne Foundation Inc. is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for its School Age Program in Manhattan. The role provides direct physical therapy treatment to students with disabilities, including at least 50 sessions per week, IEP and progress-report coordination, documentation, evaluations, classroom communication, and compliance with New York State, Department of Health, Medicaid, and HCDS requirements. The position requires New York State licensure, a master’s degree in physical therapy, Medicaid eligibility, and completion of PSI training.
