Lady of the Sea General Hospital, affiliated with Lifepoint Rehabilitation, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for acute care and home health. The role evaluates patients, develops and delivers individualized physical therapy programs, provides rehabilitation and injury-prevention education, supervises assistants and support personnel, applies physical therapy modalities, and manages prosthetic and orthotic devices. A bachelor's degree, Louisiana physical therapist license, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire are required.
