Kins is hiring a 1099 independent-contractor physical therapist to provide outpatient physical therapy through a hybrid model of in-home and virtual treatment sessions. The role involves evaluating patients, assessing progress, developing plans of care and exercise prescriptions, documenting treatments in an EMR, and communicating with patients and providers. Applicants must be licensed physical therapists in New York State, have completed the required state CEU, hold BLS certification, commit to at least four visits per week, and demonstrate strong communication and time-management skills. The position pays $75-$83 per hour and includes an uncapped referral bonus.
