Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, establish rehabilitation goals, monitor progress, and provide skilled therapy services focused on mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence. The role also supervises Physical Therapist Assistants, completes documentation and billing records, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educates residents and families, coordinates durable medical equipment and discharge planning, and maintains therapy equipment. The position offers full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules, with a stated annual salary of $83,200–$93,600, an equivalent hourly rate of $40–$45, and a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500.
