Physical Therapist at Mitchell Martin

The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an Article 16 outpatient clinic in Brooklyn, New York. The onsite contract role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, assessment and treatment, assistance with transfers and mobility, and safe demonstration of therapeutic exercises. Applicants must graduate from an accredited physical therapy program, hold a current New York State license in good standing, and have clinical, communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary-team skills; experience in an intellectual and developmental disabilities setting is preferred. Compensation is $60.00-$70.00 per hour.
