PARS Therapy is hiring an onsite Physical Therapist for its home health team in Killeen/Temple, Texas. The role focuses on evaluating patients in their homes, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions such as exercise and gait training, educating patients and caregivers, documenting care digitally, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. The position requires an active Texas PT license, professional liability insurance, and a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy; home health or rehabilitative experience is preferred.
