Riverstone Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join their in-house therapy department. The successful candidate will perform treatments and exercises to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries, developing personalized treatment plans, prescribing medications, and educating patients on exercise techniques. They will consult with patients, diagnose movement dysfunction, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
