NeuroRestorative is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist for its 64-bed skilled nursing facility in Riverton, Utah. The role evaluates adult and pediatric patients, develops and administers written treatment programs, maintains documentation, participates in rehabilitation teams, and supports staff and program orientation. A bachelor's degree in physical therapy, state licensure, and one year of experience are preferred; the position offers coverage-based hours with no guaranteed hours and full compensation and benefits for full-time employees.
