STAR Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, maintain records, interact professionally with patients and staff, and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians, Certified Athletic Trainers, and students. The role requires graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program, a Tennessee Physical Therapist license, CPR certification, autonomous work ability, and basic PC and EMR skills.
