Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedic care, including new graduates, with the ability to float among 2–3 clinics around Mobile. The role involves developing evidence-based care plans, delivering outcomes-driven therapy, collaborating with peers and providers, and participating in education and development programs. Candidates must graduate from an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active Alabama Physical Therapist license or be eligible.
