Description
Sutter Care at Home - Bay, an entity of Sutter Health, is hiring an advanced-practice Physical Therapist for home health services. The role assesses patients, plans and delivers rehabilitative treatment to improve mobility and function, develops clinical workflows, treatment protocols and evidence-based guidelines, and serves as a subject matter expert, educator, mentor and clinical instructor. It requires graduation from an accredited physical therapy school, Physical Therapist and BLS certifications, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, and five years of recent relevant experience. The position is regular, non-exempt, full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday with variable scheduling and rotating weekends, and pays $74.17–$103.84 per hour.
