The role offers a salary of $78,000–$95,000 based on experience, a productivity bonus of up to $15,600 annually, a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, relocation assistance, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should be graduates of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current Texas Physical Therapist license or be eligible to obtain licensure prior to employment.
