Post-Acute Rehab Solutions is hiring a home-health Physical Therapist for the North Austin, Texas area. The role partners with patients throughout their treatment trip, assessing needs, developing care plans, providing evidence-based rehabilitation, improving mobility and function, monitoring progress, consulting with other health professionals, and documenting care. An active Texas license, liability insurance, and a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy are required; home-health or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
