Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Per Diem to join their team. This role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing goal-oriented physical therapy treatment programs aimed at restoring function and preventing disability due to various conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy ambulatory outpatient setting. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer service, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and safety protocols. The position requires strong communication, computer, and physical abilities, along with a valid Physical Therapist license and basic life support certification.
