Description
The Physical Therapist will develop and deliver personalized care plans, measure patient outcomes, document evaluations and treatments, communicate with residents, clients, and families, and educate them on treatments and equipment. The role requires a valid Florida Physical Therapy license, at least one year of Physical Therapy experience, compassion for older adults, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
