Description
Upper Valley Medical Center is hiring a PRN Outpatient Physical Therapist for day shifts with hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The role performs patient evaluations, reassessments, discharge summaries, treatment, documentation, case management, delegation, and participation in departmental programs, while also teaching, orienting, training, supervising, and mentoring staff, volunteers, observers, and at least one student annually. The position requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and a valid Ohio Physical Therapy license.
