Description
The Physical Therapist provides daily in-person and phone-based patient care, including evaluation, treatment-program design, implementation, supervision, reassessment, and education. The role also maintains patient records, supports billing and Medicare compliance, collaborates with physicians, assists other clinical staff, and maintains a safe and clean facility. Applicants must graduate from an accredited physical therapy curriculum, hold current CPR certification and state licensure, and have strong communication, organizational, documentation, and MS Office skills; general physical therapy, sports, and industrial medicine experience is preferred.
