Benchmark Human Services is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to serve children and families in Waterbury and surrounding Connecticut areas through its Birth to Three early-intervention program. The role includes conducting evaluations and assessments, developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans, monitoring outcomes, providing family support, and using evidence-based and natural-learning-environment practices. Candidates need a Connecticut Physical Therapy or Assistant Physical Therapy license, a master’s or doctorate in physical therapy or an associate of science in physical therapy, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, pediatric experience, and preferably one year of early-intervention experience.
