InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home-care Physical Therapist to provide in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in and around Skokie. The role involves evaluating mobility, strength, and function; developing individualized treatment goals; implementing rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs; educating patients and families; and maintaining accurate home-health documentation. The position offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, paid training and mentorship, mileage reimbursement, and per-visit compensation ranging from $65 to $85, with benefits eligibility varying by employment status and weekly hours.
