Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team in Bridgeport, Fairfield, Stratford, or Trumbull, CT. The role involves conducting evaluations and assessments, participating in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, monitoring outcomes, and providing early intervention (EI) supports to families for the benefit of children with disabilities or delays. PTA's operate under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
