Benchmark Human Services is hiring full-time Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide early-intervention services to children with disabilities or developmental delays in East Haven, New Haven, and West Haven. Responsibilities include evaluations and assessments, Individualized Family Service Plan development and implementation, outcome monitoring, family coaching, and natural-environment teaching. Applicants must hold a Connecticut Physical Therapy or Assistant license, a master’s or doctorate in Physical Therapy, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, and pediatric experience; one year of early-intervention experience is preferred. The posting lists $35,000–$45,000 for PTA and $65,000–$80,000 for PT, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and health, dental, and vision insurance.
