Description
The Physical Therapy Aide performs select patient-care tasks under the supervision of a physical therapist or physical therapy assistant, including directing ambulatory patients, instructing therapeutic exercises, administering treatment modalities, assisting with splint making, and monitoring patient progress. The role also handles clinic opening and closing, cleaning, equipment maintenance, linen changes, disinfection, and basic clerical duties. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma; pre-physical therapy coursework or a related field is preferred. The anticipated base salary is $17.00–$22.00, with discretionary incentive compensation and medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits available.
