CareOne is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for its in-house rehabilitation team at CareOne at Weymouth, 64 Performance Drive, Weymouth, Massachusetts. The role provides rehabilitation care to residents, implements treatment plans, screens residents, documents clinical activity, maintains billing records, and may travel to other facilities. Applicants need an associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program and a current, active Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant license; experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation and governmental healthcare guidelines is preferred. Compensation is $30.00–$45.00 per hour.
