CareOne is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for its in-house rehabilitation team at CareOne at Wellington in Hackensack, New Jersey. The role provides rehabilitation care to residents, implements treatment plans, screens residents, documents clinical activity, maintains billing records, participates in training, and may travel to other facilities. Applicants need an associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program and a current, active New Jersey Physical Therapy Assistant license; experience with older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines are preferred. The salary range is $30.00 to $45.00 per hour.
