Doctors of Physical Therapy Onsite is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to work in an industrial setting, partnering with a physical therapy supervisor to implement treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy, assess and manage injuries, coach employees on body mechanics and work postures, evaluate ergonomic risks, develop care plans and goals, coordinate with safety and plant stakeholders, document progress, create home exercise plans, and discharge patients. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, no productivity requirements, a $5,000 signing bonus, mentorship, and medical, dental, and vision insurance with an HSA option.
