Evolve Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for an in-house skilled nursing facility in State College, Pennsylvania. The role supports physical therapy services for residents under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, including screenings, assisting with evaluations and treatment planning, conducting individual and group therapy, documenting in NetHealth EMR, and participating in resident, family, staff education and quality assurance. The position is full time or PRN and requires an associate's degree in physical therapy and an active PTA license in the state of practice.
