Description
The role is a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position focused on supporting licensed Physical Therapists in helping patients and residents recover mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and functional independence after illness, injury, orthopedic trauma, or joint replacement. Responsibilities include providing supervised patient care, documenting services for billing, following care plans and regulatory guidelines, and assisting with individualized therapy programs and referrals to other disciplines as needed. The position requires a high school diploma and a valid PTA license or eligibility in the state of practice, and is offered through FullShift Staffing.
