Description
Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled physical therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role supports residents with mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence; documents care plans; educates residents and families; assists with discharge planning; and collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members. The position is full-time or part-time, scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and pays $30–$33 per hour depending on experience. Applicants need an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant degree and a valid New York State license, while skilled nursing facility experience is preferred.
