Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Physical Therapy Assistant to provide in-home physical therapy services to patients in the South Bay of Los Angeles. The role involves improving patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence; educating patients and caregivers; documenting visits in WellSky/Kinnser; and communicating progress to the care team. Candidates must graduate from an accredited PTA program, hold an active California PTA license, have CPR/BLS certification, reliable transportation, and home healthcare experience.
