Description
Lyonsview Health and Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role includes screenings, evaluations, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, resident and family education, documentation, and quality assurance. This is a per diem/PRN or weekend coverage position requiring an associate’s degree in physical therapy, an active Physical Therapy Assistant license, and ongoing continuing education.
