Description
The Physical Therapy Assistant supports physical therapy departments by setting up equipment and treatment areas, assisting therapists with patient-care procedures, performing facility cleaning and stocking, maintaining safety and cleaning logs, and coordinating with patients, providers, and coworkers. The role requires a high school diploma plus job-related training or equivalent experience, offers preferred CPR/AED and First Aid certification, and involves physical therapy clinic work with possible overtime, weekends, travel, and heavy lifting.
