Doctors Without Borders/MSF USA is recruiting physicians for international medical humanitarian assignments in more than 70 countries. The role involves providing clinical care and supervising locally hired health staff, with responsibilities spanning training, medical data collection and analysis, protocol development and implementation, medical supply forecasting and stock management, and reporting. MSF is especially seeking specialists in HIV and tuberculosis, pediatrics, anesthesiology, surgery, emergency medicine, obstetrics-gynecology, and intensive care, and requires physicians to commit to 9 to 12 month assignments with relevant post-residency, developing-country or humanitarian experience.
