Chartis is hiring a Physician Advisor to serve as a senior clinical leader in its Digital & Technology Transformation practice. The role advises health system executives, physician leaders, and clinical teams on clinical transformation, EHR and digital health planning, workflow redesign, AI, data, change management, and value realization. The Physician Advisor leads consulting engagements, develops client deliverables, builds client relationships, mentors colleagues, and contributes to business development. The position requires an MD or DO, at least 10 years of healthcare provider experience including 2+ years managing others, and 5+ years of provider leadership and operational management experience; remote work is allowed. The salary range is $226,500-$350,000 plus a possible annual discretionary bonus, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability, life, retirement, paid time off, and wellness benefits.
