DOCS Health is hiring Physician Assistants as independent contractors to provide health readiness services to U.S. military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. The role primarily involves weekend work in California, with occasional weekday availability, and includes physical health assessments, medical-record review, interviews, behavioral-health screening, and documentation of readiness classifications. The position requires an active California PA license, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to work extended hours and travel to various locations, including remote military installations; primary-care, urgent-care, occupational-health, mobile-medical, military-systems, and travel experience are preferred. The stated compensation is $550 per day.
