DOCS Health is hiring Physician Assistants as independent contractors to provide health readiness services to military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. The role primarily involves weekend work in New Mexico, with occasional weekday availability as needed, and includes physical health assessments, medical-record review, interviews, behavioral-health screening, and documentation of readiness classifications. The position requires an active PA license, CPR/BLS certification, and adaptability to fast-paced environments; primary-care, urgent-care, occupational-health, mobile-medical, military-systems, and travel experience are preferred. The role does not require diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications.
