DOCS Health is hiring Physician Assistants as independent contractors to provide health readiness services to U.S. military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. The role primarily involves weekend work in Virginia, with occasional weekday assignments, and includes physical health assessments, medical-record review, interviews, behavioral-health screening, and documentation of readiness classifications. The position requires an active PA license, CPR/BLS certification, adaptability to high-volume settings, and availability for travel and extended hours; primary-care, urgent-care, occupational-health, mobile-medical, military-systems, and weekend-travel experience are preferred. Compensation is $550 per day plus extensive travel pay.
