Physician Assistant at Proactive MD

Proactive MD is hiring an experienced Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care at an employer-sponsored health center in Midland, Texas. The role includes evaluating and treating acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, wellness, health education, examinations, treatment planning, diagnostic testing, medication prescribing, referrals, documentation, and coordination with clinic staff. The schedule is approximately 40 hours per week with weekday hours and no weekends, and the clinic opens January 4, 2027. Required qualifications include a master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, an unrestricted state license, at least two years of family practice or primary care experience, PA-C certification, prescriptive authority, EMR experience, and strong clinical and communication skills.
