Physician Assistant at Proactive MD

Proactive MD is hiring an experienced Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care at an employer-sponsored health center in New York, New York. The role includes evaluating and treating acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, wellness, health education, physical examinations, treatment planning, diagnostic testing, medication prescribing, referrals, documentation, and coordination with clinic staff. The position offers a Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. schedule, 40 hours per week, and no weekends. Required qualifications include a master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, an unrestricted New York license, at least two years of family practice or primary care experience, PA-C certification, prescriptive authority, EMR experience, and strong clinical and communication skills.
