Description
The Physician Assistant provides primary and acute and chronic care under the direction of a physician, including medical histories, physical examinations, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, injections, immunizations, medication administration, prescriptions, laboratory and diagnostic ordering, emergency response, documentation, patient education, and continuity of care. The role requires graduation from an AMA-accredited Physician Assistant program, at least one year of Physician Assistant experience, a current Ohio state PA license, National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant certification, and CPR certification.
