Description
Hampton Proton is seeking a Physician Assistant Intern to observe physician consultations for cancer patients, support referrals and multidisciplinary patient care, interact with patients, maintain medical records, obtain histories and vital signs, explain treatment procedures, and coordinate hospital admissions, laboratory services, and other clinical referrals. The internship requires current enrollment or recent graduation from an accredited institution, academic standing, a class schedule, and supporting application materials, and concludes with a presentation and mentor evaluation.
