HCRC Staffing is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an interventional pain management practice serving patients in Anne Arundel and Baltimore County, Maryland. The role involves patient consultations, treatment planning, pain and medication management, care coordination, patient education, and referral-source relationships. Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license, graduate from an accredited program, and have at least one year of independent private-practice experience; pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related experience is preferred. The position offers no nights, weekends, or call, a base salary of $135,000 plus bonuses, and total compensation of $155,000–$180,000+, along with PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, 401(k), and health insurance reimbursement.
