Description
Lykos Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide autonomous, relationship-centered primary care to seniors in their homes and communities. The role may be part-time or full-time and includes managing a patient panel, clinical judgment, dementia and chronic disease care, community engagement, and collaboration with specialists. Candidates need an active unrestricted NP or PA license, at least one year of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The posted hourly range is $65–$90 USD.
