Description
DOCS Health is hiring Physician Assistants as independent contractors to provide health readiness services to U.S. military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. The role supports physical health assessments, reviews medical records and questionnaires, interviews service members, identifies urgent concerns including behavioral health, and documents readiness classifications. Work is primarily on weekends with occasional weekdays in Hawaii on an as-needed basis, with weekend availability and travel to various locations, including remote military installations, preferred. The position requires an active PA license, CPR/BLS certification, and adaptability to high-volume environments; primary care, urgent care, occupational health, mobile medical services, military systems, and travel experience are preferred. Diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing medications is not required.
