Oakland University is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant Program Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and logistical support for its Physician Assistant Program. The role supports day-to-day operations, accreditation compliance, university policies, and program objectives while requiring planning, communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills. Applicants must have a relevant bachelor’s degree, progressively responsible administrative support experience, Microsoft Office and database proficiency, familiarity with higher-education administrative procedures, at least one year of supervisory experience, and strong communication and confidentiality skills. Experience in higher education, healthcare program support, ARC-PA accreditation, program coordination, project management, or accreditation activities is desired. The position pays $49,713–$55,932 annually and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
