Description
The Physician Assistant will provide perioperative care under physician supervision, including surgical assistance in the operating room, preoperative patient evaluation and clearance, chart review, coordination with anesthesia and other healthcare professionals, postoperative assessments, and treatment of perioperative complications. The role requires a registered nurse or physician assistant, graduation from an NCN or PA-accredited master’s program, North Carolina registration, ACNP/CANP/PA-C certification, and ACLS certification.
